Johan is a digital advertising executive residing in the US.  He has worked at companies ranging from start ups to a publicly traded company.  He has an entrepreneurial background in building products, business operations, data analytics, yield management, financial models, and teams.

He has an architect like approach to various topics and challenges--analyze both macro and micro perspectives, and never underestimate the subtle / simple things.  Constructing business models, product feature sets, campaign optimization tactics, and team workflows are some of his core competencies.

Rarely swayed by market hype / jargon, he relies on honest conversations, proper workflows, and numbers.  In his career journey, he has tested, and proven the effectiveness and impact of digital advertising in theory, practice, and research.
